Shipping & Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to ship our items outside of the US. Please check our Laws & Restrictions page (Link located at the bottom of site) before ordering.
FREE SHIPPING: Only orders totaling $50.00 or higher qualify for free standard shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping, your order will ship at our discretion either by UPS Ground, US Mail, or another Carrier. Your shipment confirmation email will let you know how it was shipped and provide you with the tracking number. Shipping will be calculated at check out for all orders under $50.00
RETURNS: All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You will need to contact via email with your request. Once that request is received we will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s) in a response email.
If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply a refund, if any. Make sure to return any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with the item. If you are unable to return the item(s) as shipped to you, we will treat the return as if you are making an exchange. We cannot accept a return for any item that is missing accessories (such as chargers, or AC adapters, etc.). In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturer’s defect, we will, of course, replace the item or refund your money, including shipping costs to and from, right away.
*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR: TASER Devices and accessories: Returns for all TASER devices and accessories are subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee and initial order shipping costs (even if shipping was free on the order, the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund). We will accept only unregistered, unopened and sealed TASER devices and accessories. We will verify with TASER if the product has been registered, and if so, a return will not be accepted. If the product has been opened, registered and/or used, a return will not be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of the TASER product, a refund will be issued, minus the restocking fee and initial order shipping costs. Please allow 10-14 business days for a refund to be initiated. Should there be any shipping damage or a manufacturer defect upon your receipt of the TASER product, we will happily exchange the item for you at no cost.
*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR: Hidden Cameras & other Surveillance products: Due to the nature of this product line, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will authorize a return for an exchange of equal or higher value only within 3 days from receipt of your purchase. These items are not subject to cancellations or refunds. So, please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding any of these items – our staff is trained to help you. We want to make sure you will be happy and comfortable with these products. Send us your name and number and will have a technician contact you for further assistance.
If in the unlikely event the item(s) has a manufacturer’s defect or is damaged during shipment to you, please contact us immediately so that we can get your equipment repaired or replaced right away. All requests for a return must be authorized by us (Safety & Defense Products) before the product(s) is sent back to us. In the event where a refund is authorized by (on a case-by-case basis, determined by Safety Technology), a 25% restocking fee (non-negotiable) will be deducted, as well as the costs to ship your order to you. It is your responsibility to pay for any shipping costs to return the item to us. Please follow the above return policy guidelines for the return of items.
